Each countries USP today is a direct derivation of the value add that their inherent culture has brought in them.

If Japan is famous for quality product, its because of the discipline that is a part of their culture. We hear that from local folk lore and Samurai and other warrior clans.

If India is soft spoken and brainy but lacking handwork and discipline, that's because we have been so.. All through out out history we have been peaceful and welcoming..We have had brainy people who were inherently lazy. Yes i am taking about the brahmins.. But then the lazy ness is in every Indian's blood unless the person has made a special effort against it.

Take Israel for example they don't any thing let past easily.. that's because they have been fighters, intelligent , witty and cunning.

China has been a mass producer all its history.. The Great wall of china is an example.. Labor is cheap.. So is India, take Taj mahal and the Konark temple.. But yes we both had skilled laborers.. In a position that China is today is because of its skilled labor force ad imperialism.

I can go on.. but i hope you get the point..

So if you get my point .. then you should start inculcating the right kind of culture to your offspring's.. Lead by example.
